One reviewer wrote that “the latest post in the changelog is from over a year ago” and that on the feature-requests page “there are a lot of customers talking to each other with no answers from the company.” The same reviewer could not finish a profile because the required location field wipes itself: “as soon as you type your city, state, country, and move to the next field, the field is deleted,” a bug they say had been there more than four months. Another criticism is the tone of the templates, which carry “a lot of ‘me’ and ‘I’ in proposals” and read too informally for a small company.
