Before signing, confirm the exact service level, PEPM price, payroll responsibilities, benefits setup, support options, tax compliance role, data ownership, and migration plan from the old Zenefits experience if applicable. You may prefer a simpler HRIS if you only need employee records, onboarding, and time off.
